Baptism is the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through it, original sin is washed away and the newly baptized is welcomed into the family of the Church.
Infant Baptism
Documents needed
Bring these documents to the parish office to meet with a priest. Once approved, parents and godparents attend four preparation sessions held on Thursday evenings at the parish hall before the Baptism is scheduled.
Baptism schedule
Baptisms are celebrated on the last Saturday of every month.
PMC Catechism Program (Children)
Older children who have not yet received the sacraments of initiation prepare together for Baptism (if not already baptized), First Holy Communion, and Confirmation through the parish's catechism program.
Documents needed
Documents are reviewed by a priest or parish catechist before the child is registered for classes.
Adult Catechism (RCIA)
Adults preparing for full initiation into the Catholic Church through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) receive Baptism (if not already baptized), Confirmation, and the Holy Eucharist.
