The Maurice Cardinal Otunga Choir sings the 8:00 a.m. Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace, South B. The choir has grown in leaps and bounds over the past year and welcomes new members of all ages, including members from the various religious congregations in our parish.

About the Name
The choir is named for Maurice Cardinal Otunga (1923–2003), Kenya's first native Cardinal, who served as Archbishop of Nairobi from 1971 to 1997. He was widely admired for his humility, simplicity of life, and devotion to the poor. His cause for canonization has been opened, and he is currently honored with the title "Servant of God."
